Besides swaping in a catted midpipe to pass emissions, I will alsohave toput smog pump back on. After I delete smog pump, how can I plug everthing so I wil be able to throw smog back on for emissions.Getting aO/R H real soon.

i have an o/r x with smog delete...previous owner did it all..the smog stays out, i just got a stock h that had the smog tube closed up, and i put that an for inspections..

where you from? i passed NJ emissions without a smog pump...and jersey is pretty damn tight

Im in Arizona, a guy on this forum from AZsaid I would not pass emish w/o Smog pump. After I get a O/R h pipe I wanna delete smog pump since I won't have to risk catts getting clogged.

if you are 100% certain that you need the smog to pass emissions, than idk if i would delete..i dont think it would be too much fun to have throw all that sh*t back on every 2 years or w/e it is..

idk man, i got through jersey emissions without one, and we are like 2nd to cali...i failed the first time, for NOX (only by a couple hundred) then the shop cleaned out my EGR system, and retarted the timing a little bit, and i passed by like 6xx...all with just a stock H, no smog..

Maybe I don't need smog pump to pass. I called someone here in az about a Usedmidpipe w cats and I remember him saying he only used it for emissions and that he did not hook anything up from smog pump to midpipe.
