Good deal or not?

There is a local 1990 mustang 5.0 convertible here for 1095.00. Its a strong runner and driver but the interior is shot, and the driver door has some issues. Does it sound like a good deal to pick up and swap the interior out of my stang into; then i could roll in my white 5.0 vert[8D]

The top is in good shape, could use a clean tho. Not sure if it works, didnt have time to check. Will be going to look it over again this week and ill snap some pics.
