Default Today driving on a slick street...

I was driving my cousins 1990 5.0 with him in it, and he told me tobe careful since the streets were a bit slick... I was making a right turn at about 5 mph, and just before I was done with the turnI decided to give it a little gas... the car spins out and did almost a 360,but I managed to not hit any other cars, but I did hit a high curb... I had the window open and a guy told me I was leaking anti-freeze, but it wasn't that... the curb severed the line of the transmission fluid I believe, and I tried putting it into drive once we seen what was wrong, but it didn't move... now I know what transmission fluid does. Anyone else have this problem where it's almost impossible to drive in the rain with theircar?

Yes and I rarely drive mine in the rain because of it. I have to change gears at like 1500 rpms just so I don't spin out. Fun if you're in the mood.

i spun the car once like that getting onto a on ramp, im use to getting on the same on ramp when dry and stoping it to make the car fishtail a little.

but when it was wet, i just hit it a TINY bit, and the car did a 360.
ive taken a few driving classes in the military, i knw better then to drive like that, but i was surprized how there was not even traction with the frount tires.

wet weather performance my *** BF goodrich.

yea, i drive it in the wet, but NOT the snow, unless its fallen while i was at work, but ive learned to check the weather, and just take my truck if i even think its going to be nasty.

short wheelbase, rear wheel drive, lots of torque..........not such a good time.

i admit ill take my girl friend out, drive easy, and scare her a bit here and there.

but its very very rare if i take out the 5.0 anymore unless its dry.....very dry, lol
