same thing... procharger is a brand/kit that is very commonly used... however i dont like the setup because it puts the intake by the drivers side header and relocates the battery to the trunk...

And whats wrong with relocating your battery to the trunk? Easy process, looks 10x's better, more available room in motor bay for other things (fan controllers, ignition box, etc.), better weight transfer, looks better, looks better & last but not least.... looks a hell of alot better.

nothing wrong with battery relocation, but i see a major design flaw with putting the intake right above the driver side header... cooler air = better performance, everyone knows that... im not a saying a procharger doesnt work... obviously it does... but i prefer the vortec setups myself...

officer4c13, this is officer 7w389 from roseville p.d.; a supercharger is a device that artificially aspirates oxegen in to your engine via the engines own power, hence parasitic loss. they are simple and effective devices, yet not as much as a turbocharger, which runs efficiently off exhaust gas pulses and only creates backpressure, whichis easily alleviated. do you copy?
