does an f303 cam have too much lift for stock heads?

No. It has too much lift for stock valvesprings. That hasn't stopped people from doing it before.

I personally wouldn't suggest any after market cam with stock heads.

You can use stock castings but you need to upgrade the valve train.

i'm just going to save up and get gt40x turbo swirl heads and a x303 cam, but before that i'm getting bbk ceramic shorty headers to complete my exhaust.
