Replacing all the fluids is a good start.

Skip the flowmasters and go with something else.

Not sure how much cash you got but for power some things you can do are heads, cam, u/l manifold, rockers, tb, maf, cai, headers, h pipe, catback, etc.

Some basic suspension odds are u/l control arms, shocks, struts, front & rear springs, subframes, etc. and if you want to take it a little further you can go with a tubular front suspension setup (k member and a arms), shave tons of weight & better handling.
throttle body, mass air flowm cold air intake, and exhaust stuff. But If I were you, Just find a good condition fox thats already lightly modded or stock and put some gears in.

i had found a nice but it was had been crashed in the past i think the guy said he has bent the frame and it also needed the front fachia and a couple of quterpannels replaced but ya i totally agree with you
