Default BADDDD NEWWS

OK i got a problem here.... tonight i was on my out to race this kid with a turbo 89 supra, and as i was goin out there i stopped and did a couple launches and heat up the tires... the last couple days ive noticed at WOT my tranny(auto) has been slipping in 1st gear and now it started to do it in 2nd. so i prayed it would grab, but didnt do **** all, barely even chirp the tires off the line when i smashed the throttle..
basically i got destroyed, not even a contest......
so i still have a shift kit to go in right now which is supposed to go in monday and new trans fluid which im REALLY hoping is gonna help this out,
anyways if u guys know of any tricks that will help make this trans last till fall summer itd be great, and yes i know... 5 spd, it coming

If the belts and clutches are slipping already, then a shift kit is just going to put more stress on them. If you want to limp it till the end of summer, then I'd just change the fluid and leave the shift kit off for now. You better stop with the burn outs and baby it till you have another tranny for in it.
