Looks good?
Hey all,
I am wanting to replace my stock wheels and tires and I was thinking about the white ones in the top left hand corner....

Do you think these would look good on a white 89 LX???
As for tires what would you get for street use (dry and wet)???

Good choice man. I personally would do black, but i'm not a big fan of white on white. However I think it would still make for a sexy car! Go for it. Check ebay too, cause I always see those same white wheels on ebay, but for abuy it now thatsmuch less.

those wheels that are always on ebay usually arent brand new, they usually have curb rash or scratches.
i think they would look hot on that car. for tires get some nitto 555's(not the dr's which are 555r)
for tires its more on personal preference.

They were like $800 shipped with tires.....I would check him out.
BTW, I think the white wheels would look nice on the white car, as long as the paint on the car is fresh. A Dull, 19-year old paint job against shiny new white wheels may look a little off...

yea thats one thing I had been worried about. The paint is original and it is an 89 but its never been in the snow and is very taken care of with only 79k on it. I wish i could see how dull it looks compared to the wheels haha.. Any other thoughts on that?

I got mine on eBay from O E Wheels....and they were definitely new, not a scratch on them....check them out:

yes they are a good price but they do not offer the 4 lug in white i know i have tried to buy them from there and they have absolutely nothing in White on 4 lug they have some in 5 lug tho
