I have been thinking about selling my project 88 and buying a newer 5.0. I bought it back and November and I'm still not finished with it yet. The engine is a carbed 306 with all the normal mods. Summer is coming and not having a/c is going to get old in a hurry. Plus I'm really wanting a supercharged lx. Should I sell my car for $4200 the way it sits and break even on the car or should I finish (paint, headlights, and carpet) and try to get about $7k out of it. I'm not really going to make any money either way.

The engine set-up consits of a 306, converted to carb, nice cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, Black Magic fan, 3G alternator, shory headers, o/r h-pipe, flowmaster catback, built 5 speed. It sounds nothing like a normal Mustang with flowmasters, it sounds like an old muscle car. When the engine was out everything was painted underhood. I'll try to post some pics. this afternoon.
