Door tag rear gear ratio code

Door tag rear gear ratio code
I have an 89 lx originally equiped with a 302 if that matters. My code under AX is F, I've searched the web and I see no such code. Supposedly it should be one of these 3...E,M or Z. Im swapping gears anyways but id like to know whats theoretically already in there.

Just to double check, or if you think they've been replaced you can do a simple check.
Jack up the rear so the wheel are off the ground, mark a spot on the tire and the driveshaft. Spin the tire around 1 full turn and coun't how many times the driveshaft spins, if it happens to be a hair less thatn 3 1/2 turns, that would be your 3.45.
That is pretty odd though, I never knew they put that set in them. Learning something new all the time.
