anyone have a write up on how to replace the hatch shocks on the 87-93 hatchback?

prop the hatch up w/ a 2x4 or something. undo the 2 screws on the body that hold the shock bracket and then pop off the shocks..

this is kinda common sense

You don't even have to take the 2 screws out. Take a look at them, they have a metal clip on the end that runs side to side, pry it up with a small flat screw driverand pullthe strut off the ball. Pretty easy. I have a set I just took off, I can take a picture showing you how if you think you need it. Good luck

i just looked at it real quick i didnt see. ill have to take a look at it when its light out tommrow.

should be an acess pannel to get to them= easy 15 min job
