Got my eye on a 68 for $1500 that is decent. It does need a drivers side floor pan. Very minimal rust thought. Plus he is including tons of extra parts. My boss bought a 66 with no rust and decent paint about 2 months ago for $800. Not common but they are not that expensive around here. A decently restored one goes for 8 to 10 k.

Me too. Mustangs are worth gold where I'm from if you want to buy one, and nobody wants to pay book value if you are trying to sell one, unless it is completely perfect. These damn college kids with no jobs are ruining the Mustang economy. They are selling $5,000 cars for dirt and buying $3,500 cars only to dump $3,000 on a motor. The worst part is, a lot of them are rust buckets with a shot drivetrain. I just don't get it.

Good luck with the Stang though. I have safeco insurance as well, mostly because they were the cheapest company I could find with a DUI on my driving record and a built Mustang as a daily driver. Luckily I have yet to make a claim on my policy. Let me know how it goes. When my friends truck got totaled out by a cliams adjuster, he said that most insurance companies predict a minmum 30% claim every 3 years with a full coverage policy. I guess that is why some people's insurance gets to be out of control monthly payments.

Well the first offer is in 1754.34 with a 624.67 by back. I told the adjuster BS and he said find 1986 and 1987 comperables.

Help please list any you can find here. Northwestern US is best cause it will be easier to get them to barter.

Mine has less than 10 on the drivetrain and all body work is done just needs paint. The rest of the car was mostly completed. Everything under the hood is new or rebuilt except for the Power Steering pump. I sent the 4000 worth of receipts.
