good news I threatened him today with small claims court and he just wrote back to me saying he sent the bumper and fender to the wrong address and it just got returned to him,so hes giving me back my money.And I did take it up with ebay and they said they couldent do anything because it wasnt through an auction.But Im happy now I need to start looking for a new bumper and fender.

ya I know what you mean.The whole thing is still real shady so I wont put trust in me getting my money back.Pretty sure I will.

I'd drive down and after I punched him in the knuts...I'd make sure his car left without a useable bumper and fender
