UPDATE: I emailed the company on Last thursday(3/20/08) and called and left a voicemail. I still have not heard back from them. I sent another email just now, but im not really expecting much. What is the next step here?


Edit: I just called again, and they actually picked up. He said to send it in, and he will look at it, but generally they do not do warranties. GREAT! He sounded real pessimistic on the phone, saying that parts can fail and what not, so im not expecting a whole lot outta this guy. I will keep everyone updated, so hopefully yall will know where to send/NOT send your head unit for a rebuild.

If you had the SC rebuilt there, that bolt is one that was removed and like 5.0stanger said it was either over torqued, under torqued or damaged and should of been replaced.

I'm interested in the outcome, i will probably have to have my T-Trim rebuilt at sometime and if www.supershargerrebuilds.com doesnt' "Stand by their work" i'm not going to use them. There's a lot of money on the line there.

Yeah, from the looks of it this guys stands to lose alot of business. I have another thread going on the corral, and a few members that were gonna use them have already stopped to wait to see my outcome.

i would threaten them with that, tell them that if they dont do something bad youll drag there name through the mud, and when it comes to a company you dont really know, all it takes is one bad comment to make you never want to use them.
