Saleen?

ok so my father and i just purchased a 1995 mustang saleen at least with think its one... it has a cobra 5.0 in it, does that sound right? what do i need to do to verify that its a saleen or did they even make 1 in 95? any input would help....

Do a vin check. There was a 95 saleen r, but i thought they had the 351?

Saleen's are numbered on the front bumper, they also have Saleen guages and a bunch of other stuff, their were 281 and 351 models that year. Sounds like a clone

Seems like you should have done that research BEFORE buying...

1995 only had the 351 and they only made 133 of them with 84 being coupes. Looks like you bought a clone.

Easy contact Saleen Inc. and they can verify the VIN for you if it is one of their cars
