Default Scheduled my Dyno Tune!!!

May 31st!! 9AM!?!?!?!

Going with RealSpeed Automotive in Bohemia NY..........I cannot wait

Check out the link:

http://www.realspeedautomotive.com/dynotuning.html

They said to make sure that I have some time, because they are going to keep it until it runs PERFECT

They use the SCT Chip......you guys have any experience with it??

Also....they have a Mustang DYNO [:@] Isn't that the Dyno that gives the low numbers??

Where is Behemia compared to Rochester? (nevermind, you're way the F over on LI) May 31st is a ways off, that sucks lol.

I just installed an SCT chip in my car, so far i'm impressed and I don't have any dyno time with it yet.

Mustang Dynos don't give low numbers, they give more realistic/accurate numbers. yes the numbers are lower than a dynojet but who cares, are you building a dyno queen? If it bothers you that much you can factor in the difference between the two dynos.

Yeah....Bohemia is on Long Island.....and yeah, 31 May is a little ways out, but I that is the soonest appointment that they have.

It works out for me though, I am in Cali now, and moving (back home) to Long Island by the end of the month......so it gives me some time to get settled, and then get the car tuned............and finally fix my surging idle

You are right though, who cares what kind of dyno it is, all I need it to do is get me tuned to perfection...........the only downside is when I post my numbers

For arguments sake Let's say the Mustang dyno says 270.......what do you think the DynoJet number would be?

This is correct, the only number that matters is the ET. A good tuner will tune for the overall maximum power rather than peak HP, because the car that makes the most average power will run a better ET...

No......the closest track is like 3 hours away......but when I get back to NY, Englishtown in Jersey is less than 2 hours......

Close enough to get out there, not too close where it becomes a bad addiction
