I think the Loch Ness and Big Foot would be driving together in the car with that 302 if they were ever found.
I imagine that intake setup would make for one intense vacuum leak. A 400 shot would get that rwhp, minus the intake problem.
And if the rods/heads were from a Boss 302 then I could see it doing 10k, but not lasting no 100k miles. Besides, anyone driving that thing would get tired of it on the street after the first 5k miles of fighting to not stall when leaving a stoplight.

yeah he don't have it anymore cause it is probly in a bone yard some where why in the world would you rev a daily to 8k daily i agree with mjr46 i call bs on this one to .

he prob bought it with one of thouse after marked 4' tach's that come with 10k rpm on the gadge..... prob no rev limiter, and he reved it to 8k like a dip ****.
thats the only one i would belive, and thats the reson behind it i would think.

I bet you it was a tach set for a 4 cylinder. It said 10,000 and he was really doing 5k.
And I'm sure the crankshaft with stock 302 parts could turn 10,000rpm....about 2,000rpm after the rods came off.
