Whats your opinion.....
on the spyder intake verses a trickflow track heat? I am moving up from a 302 based motor to a 351 based motor and id like to know how good the spyder intake is (http://coasthigh.com/Fuel%20Injection/spyder.htm). i figure instead of buying a new lower for my trickflow and be stuck with a 302 lower i would just get a new intake all together. I think this one would make the engine look a lot cleaner. any other manufacturer make intakes like these?

the elbow has the opening for a 90mm throttle body, however i only have a 75mm. And sorry guys I forgot to mention thatI have a vortech supercharger with 7-8 psi on my 331 that ill be transfering over. My brother works at a machine shop and we are gonna make a new bracket for it to work.

As long as your cam is proper for a 351, then the Spyder is just fine.
My 357ci N/A with 200cc heads and Edlebrock Super Vic EFI ( same thing but cheaper )
made 350-370rwhp with good cam.
It has plenty of low end torque. After switching from the TFS-R 5.8L intake to the Super Vic
I noticed zero loss in low end torque.
It's all in the cam and head selection.
Get the Edlebrock one with it's matching fuel rails,
then buy the 90* elbow from Coast High.

My buddy runs the edelbrock one on his n/a 408 with ported trick flow heads, and it is just awesome. a VERY noticeable difference in the upper(4k-7k) power levels. he had the trick flow r(not box) on it previously. and yo should go with the 90mm(t-body) also with the forced induction.
