Awwww... CHRIST!!! Not another guy planning a 4 eye to aero swap. When will people get it. If you want an aero... BUY and aero, but leave the 4 eyes as they are!!! With all the aeros out there to chose from and the 4 eyes almost extinct... why would you want to help rush them out of existance by doing yet another stupid swap? God, I just want to puke coat hangers whenever I see one of these threads.

If you must do this terrible thing to a 4eye, then please send me all the things you removed from the 79. I have a really nice 87 coupe I'd like to change to a 79 4eye. j/k

^^^ Best of 3 worlds you should say. Mustang with a capri nose and aero quarter windows. Leave the 4 eye, yes the 79 is ugly from the front but just get a 82 gt nose and it looks great.

i personally like the 4 eye cars better than foxes, i was going to buy a 79 back about 5 years ago, but the guy sold it hours before i went down, so i ended up with a 90 GT. i agree w/ capri debris don't change it.

Swap it over. You can't beat that look. It gives you the last of the real good Fox Style. The 4 eyes are getting to look "old" There's a reason people are slowing down on restoring them. Because they don't turn heads like they used to. I come across 16 year old kids driving WRX's that don't even know the difference between a 60's GTO or a 60's Mustang. Sadly enough, that same day will come for the 87-93's. You just have to cherish the present time I guess. You will be stepping that 79 up 10 times if you make the nose look right on the car and give it some good paint.
