What to make my 50 faster?
I want to know what parts that are pretty cheap, but are very effective in making my car faster. I got a 95 mustang gt. So far i am ordering a 5.0 cobra intake manifold. Hope to hear from you guys soon.

theres is alot of ways to make power, and all of them include new heads as the first priority. screw the intake for noe, unless you can get new heads first. gt-40 heads properly worked are a minimum for decent performance, if you have more money get something like afr's or tf's

gears are still the best sotp mod initially, but it still wont change the fact that your only making 190 rwhp......for me shifting at 4200 rpms got old real quick, since i made no power past that before my swap. now it hits the wall at around 6800 rpms.....

no mods are cheap to make the car have seat of the pants feel increase....you want a proven seat of the pants feel increase, H/C/I and have it tuned after that

Ok so majority of you guys say head first. So i went on ebay and compared the gt-40 and some trick flow heads. Most of the heads cost like 1,500 and up. Because i am going to buy it brand new. Which one would u prefer? I also seen a head called the patriot head stage 2 cost a lil more too. In your opinion what are some good heads, don't matter about what the price is? i am just gonna save money for it or get one of these 3 thanks for all your guys opinon. Hope to hear from you guys again.

patriot stage 2 heads are for 4.6L engines. but my opinion for heads would be... 1. Brodix 2. AFR 3. Trick Flow. as far as other power adders, i'd go this route. Camunless companies to choose from comp, crane, trick flow, FRPP, ect. headers /h or x pipe/catback exhaust (get rid of the cats if ya know someone that will pass theinspection) gears either 3.73/4.10, and a flash tuner/chip. you're looking around $1500 for everything excluding the heads, depending on what companys ya go with that price could change.

Canfield heads are what I plan on using, those and a custom cam.

Okay right on with the tip on the head and cams. I just got my MGW short throw shifter, would this be better than a B&M short shifter? I know they are both pretty good, just want to know your guys opinion.
