Default question about rim screw/slick/drag radial?

so i have a set of 15x8 weld draglitesthat have some et drags 26x8.5x15 on them and i want to switch them over to a set of 275/50 drag radials.now my rims are screwed as i bought um that way .

now can i take the screws out deflate tire remove , and then reinstall drag radial and can i reuse the rim screws or do i need to buy new ones?

also i have heard that they will work themselves loose over time and start leaking , as they do not leak now and was not sure what will happen? what about not puttin the screws back in will it look retarded with the holes their and will the tire ever leak?

if none of the screws go in under where the bead of the tire seals to rim ..you'll be fine then
