Default exhaust

im putting an o/r H pipe on my cobra and i was wondering about a catback i found... its an underbody dump with turndowns. Made by flowtech. its basically just 2 pipes going into warlock turbo mufflers and turn down,... wouldnt this be good because there is no pipe going over the axle? plus how do turbo mufflers sound of a 5.0? its pretty cheap so i was wondering what u all thought... also im looking to spend a bit more cash and im looking to hit around a 13 flat... right now im running a 13.7 @ 99.5mph on street tires with a 1.8 60ft and the stock 4 cats with 160k on the car... what should be next?

I have MAC pro dumps, and they sound fine, not too loud, but they sound wicked with an O/R pipe

do you guys like your dumps? cause im goign to be getting a better exhaust system with bassani long tubes, there o/r x pipe, but i cant tel if i should get dumps or just a normal cat back.....its more of a drag/car cruise orientated car

Hey man if the dumps are cheap why not, less weight, and better performance

o and to hit a 13 flat just get a wet 100 shot and that should be enough to get you there, though you may want to upgrade the tires also as you will have the POTENTIAL of breaking loose

How much are you looking to spend? The stock Cobra engine is capable of a lot. With tuning, 3.73s, full exhuast and a street tire a guy I know ran his '95 Cobra to a 13.2, so with your gear and a sticky tire you could be close. Otherwise a head/cam swap will get you 12s pretty easy.

i eventually took off my tail pipes and went with dumps..best move ever. exhaust sounds better, the car lost a few pounds and gained a little performance
