post dyno/w 347 and AODE trans!!! compare...
I WOULD LIKE TO SEE ANY DYNO SHEETS ON 347 STROKERS WITH AODE TRANY!!! THERE ARE A FEW HERE THAT THINK SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH MY SET UP... I DON'T THINK SO!!! IV'E LOOKED INTO THIS SUBJECT FOR AWHILE...

my buddy dyno's 512 w/ a s-trim....so that probably makes him about 350-370 on motor.
the aode is robbing you of a few...did you burn a chip for it ?
andMOST of the extra comes from heads and intake plus the PROPER porting of them. so if yours has box stock aftermarketheads and intake, plus the aode.... i'd say your right on the money...even w/ a custom chip
don't sweat what others say.... does it go 12.60-ish ??? thats what counts. i'm making the same HP w/ better suspension than my old car, but it runs 1/2 second slower w/ better 60'

if i can find my old dyno sheet ill post it up but my old 347 with a 5speed was with same CR, 3.73 gears, same heads, anda few other things, also was fuel injected i dont know what yours is. mine was 355hp with 372rwtq my cam was a ford racing f cam, i dont know the specs off the top of my head, i ran a set of 30lb injectors, 73mm maf, 70mmtb, trick flow upper and lower, 255lph fuel pump, msd 6al ignition, elec fan
i could of got more out of it but i was happy with what i had already

IV'E GOT AFR 185 HEADS W/ EQUAL LENGTH HEADERS, 3000 STALL, 410 GEARS... I KNOW THE GEARS AND STALL CONV. ALSO AODE ROB THE HP. TO THE WHEELS. THIS IS IN A 95 COBRA/CLONE @ 3400 LBS. IV'E SEEN 5 SPEEDS GET 350 WHP AND 370 WTQ. BUT THERE AGAIN THE5 SPEED ONLY LOOSES ABOUT 12 % TO THE WHEELS NOT 20% TO 25% OF AN AODE. THE CAR IS PERFECTLY TUNNED @ 12.8 AIR/FUEL THROUGH THE POWER BAND... SO I WAS JUST WANTING TO SEE OTHERS WITH A 347 STROKER... THANKS FOR REPLY... I THINK THIS WILL BE AN INTERESTING TOPIC FOR PEOPLE COMPARING DYNOS OVER DIFFERENT TRANY'S , AUTO AODE VRS. 5 SPEEDS.

The car hasen't been to the drag strip yet! Iv'e ran my buddies c5 lsi dyno 340whp & 350 wtq. off dynojet w/heads longtube headers intake plus tune. His trac times 12.45 @ 111 mph 1.89 -60 AndI kill him off the line and stay ahead up to 114.I knowI don't need to go into overdrive. my car is 3400 lb . 12. 40's I think no problem.

Just out of curiosity what does the car run in the 1/4 mile and mph????? I can gauge what I HAVE if you know thoses key factors.. I have e.t and mph but no dyno info....at least I do for when it was a 306 and now it's a 347 5 spd car.........soon hopefully I 'll have times to compare
