Default can you guys tell me anything about these heads?

This guy is like 20min away from my house, and i was thinking about buying/looking at these TFR heads he had for sale. Can you guys tell me anything about them since he is a little undescriptive about it, i sent him a message but i wanted to see what you guys thought. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MUSTA...QQcmdZViewItem

I am planning on a holley systemax intake and a anderson N-51 cam.. so im probably going to have to notch the psitons. Would they work with a stock short block?

An o-ring groove must be machined in the block around each cylinder.

Just mill the head to eliminate the receiver groove, its .010-.015 deep, no big deal
