Default Lowering the rear end

Hey guys,
I was looking at my cars stance the other day and decided i'm just gonna keep my stock springs. I really like the way they work with the 10 holes and all. But one thing that bothers me a bit is that the back end sits relatively high compared to the front end.

As I said, it's nothin major but I would just like the car to sit evenly. The best way to see it is to look at the fender gap of the front compared to the back. Anyway, does anyone know of some good, affordable springs I could buy for JUST the back that would lower it about an inch or so and make the car sit about even? I was gonna get an Eibach Pro kit for all 4 wheels but decided I didn't wan't the front to sit any lower with the stock wheels.
On a side note, I haven't completely written out the pro kit, has anyone installed a pro kit with everything else still stock and noticed a noteable improvement in handling?
And on another topic, i've been cleanin up my 10 holes, and there lookin pretty good, but what is a good method to actually clean the hole itself?
