I just rebuilt my 1990 5.0 stock bottom end. i'm going toput a set of edlebrock performer heads on with the 1.9/1.6 valves 60ccmatched with 1250 felpro tomy gt-40 explorer lower intake . i have a K&n air filter,65mm throttle body and 70mm egr spacer. I'm doing this combo to keep it mostly stock so i can retain some gas milage for the upcoming $4 per gallon. My question is that i want to add a small bump cam/rocker arms and still retain the 19# injecters. What cam/rocker arm should i use and what fuel pump liter and regulator psi should i run. I have a tremec 3550 5 speed trans and 3:73 rear gears if it matters. Shorty bbk headers with h-pipe and flowmasters aswell. also will i beable to run 87 octane ?

even though the letter cams are a little out dated they perform okay..choose some where around an e-cam and make sure with any came upgrade you match springs, retainers and locks to the new combo as far as fuel pump goes if no future power adders are to be added.. then a 155 to 190lph will be fine
