Default New shocks..need suggestions!!

My 89 Lx 5.0 drives like a tank. The whole car shakes over every little bump. It feels like there is no shocks at all. The car had a complete Poly-Graphic suspension upgrade and KYB struts and shocks put on about a year ago (previous owner). Does anybody have any suggestions on a more stable/comfort ride or are these cars just built that way???
My tires and rims are 17x8 245/40 zr17 on the front and17x9 275x40 zr17 on the rear.
Any help will be appreciated...

i have bilstein, they aren't to bad, but mine rides pretty rough, lowered 2 inches...

other than that i have no problems with bilstein, and they don't ride to bad...

is the car lowered at all? or stock ride height?

get rid of those low profile pieces of poo your riding on and get a set of shoes with more sidewall to absorb road shock

but i like my low profiles

i don't mind the ride.... and if i got prostars or w/e with some meat on them, i just know every honda that pulls up next to me would want to race... and i'd lose my car is so slow

Wife tells me that the 1992 LX convert that I bought for her "floats" while driving!
She's a hard-core Z veteran & knows what's she's talking about. I take it for a ride, and amazingly, it does "float", in other words, shocks/struts gone.

I have a local shop replace front strutswith monroe sensatracs & rear shocks & the car turns on a dime. Forget about sub-frame connectors, not necessary on the convert.
No more "floating".
