I have not totaled every thing up yet, but I am guessing about $1800 in the engine including machine work on the block. I built the engine myself, and alot of the parts I was able to buy used, swap and trade a bunch as well. The classified ads on this website is a great place to find what you need. The powder coating I did myself as well. I got a great deal on the heads. I bought the from a guy who pulled them off of a 93 Lightning that had only 52k on it. I got them for $100! Then I ported them myself along with my trusty dremel tool.

As far as the brakes, it has Cobra front brakes with Lincoln rear brakes. The guy that had it before me is a Ford nut and had spent alot of money on the suspension.
