What do you think this 347 combo should make?
Last summer when I had my car running it ran like ****, I was stupid and boughta set of 42# injectors and matching C&L mass air. The thing ran very rich and performance was not good. This year im running a set 30# with a Pro-M and im not going to use my dished JE's that made it 9.6 to 1, i got a set of wiseco flat tops that = 11.2 to 1. The only other thing I need to get is a new intake im not going to use my TFS track heat im going to buy a victor jr. 5.0 or a spyder2. I will still use my AFR 185s and Flowtech Induction Cam 579./576. lift with my 1.6RR 236*/232* duration@ 0.50", Hyd. roller cam and I will be spining the motor to 6800. Also EQ length long tubes. I'm sure it will make some power, im just woundering what it will make to the wheels, and the 1/4 mile time. C4 manual valve body with a trans break and a custom made 3800 stall. 10.5 slicks and suspension

If you can't hit 11's with that combo I'd be depressed..with a similar set up my 85 gt just ran 11.79@117 with limited traction and that was the second pass only..motor is new has less than 200 miles on it ...so still have lots of room to improve if I cared too

RE: What do you think this 347 combo should make?
All depends on if cam does pull to 6,500+ rpm.
I'm hoping to see 400+rwhp N/A with my 347 project with similar parts at 6,500 rpm.
Your cam might be a little more tame though.
btw: nothing wrong with Track Heat intake on that set-up
just get the lower port and gasket matched to the heads.
Port matching will really improve top end flow.

Run whatever Ed set that engine to run with.
The Track Heat is going to be a restriction with 347 cubic inches and 11.X:1 compression.
You will get the best results (overall) if you run what Ed set the engine up for to get as close to maximizing your personal goals.
