Why is it only a partial cover and not a whole cover? I noticed it doesn't have the bar that runs over the headlight, then the sides are missing.
im not sure what you mean by bar that runs over the headlight. and the sides are there, they're just not attached to the bumper. you can see them on top of the tonneau cover of the truck by the running horse emblem
