I am selling my mustang. I bought it as a project and bit off more than i could chew. (not really my fault) When i bought the car it was half way through a V6 to 5.0L conversion (the engine and trans were set in and that was it). well i was told it just needed to have every thing that ran off a belt put on and it needed a driveshaft. so i get all the crap that runs off the belt on and find out it still has the V6 wiring harness. So my choices are keep working on the car i have now and hope i dont run into to many problems, or sell it and look for a new stang (87-93) that runs. So what would you pay for my car.
it is a 1986 LX 5.0 5 spd. It has a brand new edelbrock preformer rpm intake, brand new holly 600 street avenger carb. It needs a drive shaft and God knows what else. (who knows it might not need much). I was thinking 800.00 (paid 700.00) what do you guys think.

You should be able to get 800 for it. It looks like there is a lot left to do to get it on the road.

yea i was suckered in by the owner lieing to me. I would love to get an 87-93 5.0. hell i would love to get this one running, but i just dont have the time or money to finish this one
