Default fouling plugs

what would the cause of this be? too much fuel?

the car ran really crappy for about 2 months, was parked for 6, then is running again but keeps fouling plugs. is there just a bunch of gunk in my cylinders thats doing this? any cleaners recommended?

or should i just check the fuel pressure and go from there? it has a BBK adjustable fpr so that could be it...

You say gunk on the plugs...soot or oil? Oil is probably valve stem seals or rings. Any oil (smoke) out the back?

definitely not oil, doesn't smoke much and definitely not blue smoke.

Too cold of a plug heat range, not enough plug gap(maybe), too much fuel, not enough timing, weak combustion, crappy fuel.
