Just get a fresh 3 angle valve job done and throw them on there.
You will pick up a good 50+rwhp.

those heads are not worth 50 rwhp, he was kidding. they will be a significant improvement over your stock heads though.
i'd suggest putting 1.54 exhausts in those heads while you get a valve job done, resurface them just to make sure they are flat (taking .010 or so off would help just a touch and wouldnt give you any problems with gasket alignment)

GT-40P heads flow very well for what they are.
It would not surprise me in the least if a 5.0 went from stock 190rwhp to 240rwhp by adding some GT-40Ps
They flow very close to the Ford Aluminum GT-40X heads
