i jus got my car back from Maaco, yes i know maaco. i got the cheapest paint job they had and it took 2 days for them to paint it...this is how it looks it looked before...




not bad for cheap paint job

how "cheap" was it?


are there any imperfections?


what kind of paint job would you compare it too? (ie typical mid 80's paint, like stock. or nice todays car stock paint.)

hes got it parked under a bunch of trees, if it was out in the open, you could see the paint alot better

the paint was $250 then $100 for doin prep work. the total was $450 with labor and tax.
if u get really close to the car u can see some imperfections. i wanted the car to look good when u r driving by it and it does. its definitely no show car, but it looks better than most fox bodys around where i live.

AllStockPony-i dont know y u r trying to bash me. im 18 and dont have a job so im on a tight budget and i didnt want an amazing paint job, just a decent one. From ur user name ur car is stock and once u start actully buying parts for your car, you'll realize that it costs money and cant always get what u want. so keep ur comments to yourself. i think u need to calm down

looks like ur rear 1/4 window moulding got a little raped by the paint.. but otherwise looks good

and damn ur front end is LOW!
