How much is a clean 90 LX worth?

How much should I pay for this mustang? He says it's rust free and has 120,000 miles on it. i ask because his price seems a little steep.

Looks like a nice car but 5,500 sounds more like it with 120K. I personally wouldn't want to give more than 5k
