Default What size and brand Drag Radials?

I need a set of drag radials for my 86 gt. I have heard alot of good things about nitto. let me know your alls suggestions and what size i should go

well i have the stock ponies on it 16's. thats what I would like to stick with. but i will need to get 300hp to stick and if i get the bottle around 400. But this will also be a street car.

that will be find to drive in good weather on road everynow and then. those are kind of high. how do the nitto 555r compare to them. is there that much difference. I know the mickey's are awesome being I had a buddy go 9's in a 80 camaro with just mickey drad radials.

the nitto's are soft but not as sticky as the MT's.. what kinda mods do you have?

i just ordered nitto 275/50/15's.......as mickeys are on backorder in this size and i cant wait.

306 block fully machined. probe dome pistons with stock rods. afr 165 heads with tf stage 2 cam. a/c and smog delete, 24lb injectors and bigger tb and mam, edlebrock performer intake, cai, 373 gears with bbk headers and off road h-pipe with flows. i quess pretty much every bolt on you can think of other that Forced induction. Alot more stuff but really not hp related, more strength related. oh I also have traction bars

its your call one will last a while but the traction will be okay, the MT's will hook but not last long..

Primetime hit the nail on the head. Do you want a tire that performs decent but lasts awhile, or a tire that performs extremely well but doesnt last as long. Have you looked into the BFGs?
