LMAO @400 hp lol !!!!!! man i just had my 93stang dynoed and it is tuff to get even close 350hp-375hp N/A with a stock block.mine has all the trickflow goodies and mine only pulled 300HP/322TQ at the wheels 
.heads,cam,up/lower intake,TB,mass air,msd,24lb inj,all that **** and i only pulled 300HP .so go tell your friend he is nuts hahaha.

e303 cam on stock heads? honestly he probably lost hp rather than gained it. i have a full bolt on 95 GT and it makes 230rwhp/298rwtq. nothing done to the valvetrain, and it pulls hard then dies at around 4800-5000. btw best time is a 14.49@96mph 2.012 60ft on Fuzion ZRi tires
