Default Lowered the Monster Truck Car

As some have seen in my previous posts about how high my car sits. Well with the talk of cutting springs latly I got bored yesterday and today and cut mine.Everything went well and removing the front springs was easier than everyone talks. I took a little more than I wanted out of the back but it will look better with some ponies on the car. I took 1 3/4 coils out of the rear and 1 1/4 out of the front, dropping both 2 1/4 inches. I still havn't figured out my leaning problem yet so my passenger front is about an inch lower than the driver. I have had that problem since I got the car up and running about a year ago. I thought I found it when I seen that my driver spring had spun about an 1/8 of a turn but after reinstalling them it didn't fix it. Maybe my passenger spring is just shot. I may just swap them to see if that swaps the lean from one side to another.
The only problem I have is that my distribution block for my rear brakes and my passenger tail pipe are contacting each other. I still havn't swaped the rear for 8.8 yet so I still have the v6 setup in the back. In the before pics my rear has 195/70's and the afters have 215/70's so the tire is a bit taller in the after pics

Yea if you went thru the other pics I am slowly getting everything straightened out. With the low budget I have each month it takes awhile before I can do anything drastic. Slowly but surly I get things done.

it wouldn't of looked so bad in factory forum had you got rid of the 14 inch donuts on there ..either way I'm sure it'll look good with a set of rims on there

I can't wait to get rid of these small as wheels. The huge sidewall makes it feel like I am sliding awhen going around corners.

I hear ya on the bigger wheels in stock for but for some reason the suspension didn't want to settle back down after not having an engine in it for many years so I had to compensate lol.

Its sad to say but I am looking forward to my next tour in Iraq so I can have a little extra cash to get a good set of wheels and a real set of springs. I am looking into getting the 17" Pony R's. I am on the lookout on craigslist in my area for some regular ponies though.
