Default MAF or Speed density

Ok, so I started a project a couple years ago to take a junk yard car that had no engine or trans to a 5 speed gt. Im in the process of wiring up the engine and I needed some info on mass air and speed density. Does one have any benefits over the other and do they use the same computer or what? What are the differences?

speed density can work well but cam choice must be carfully choosen...which is why most go with MAF as it will adapt more so to cam choices

Just a little info on the engine, if it helps. The engine I'm wiring up is bored 60 over, stock upper (except for big valves in heads), b303 cam, crank ground .10, resized rods, 150lph fuel pump and 19lb injectors for now. I'm going to do a bit more to it later.

with that set up /cam the speed density will be a little touchy and mass air would be a better choice
