inner fenderwell guard removal
what is the inner fender well spash guard thing called and how hard are they to remove??? i am missing my drivers side and was wondering how hard would it be to take off of my 89 coupe to put on my 90? thanks for the info

You were close, it's called a Splash Shield.
As stated it not that hard to remove, jack the car up remove the wheela few screws and a couple of push pins and then the palm of your hand push/hit the splash shield in an upward direction to make it jump over the outer fender lip.

BTW..
Could you let us know if your 89 splash shieldsfits the 90 exactly the same.
I've read/heard that in 90 with the 16" pony wheel that the splash shields were a little different , so I've be curious to know from someone who has actually do it.
