302 ID?

Hi all, looking for some help on Ford 302 HO, Somehow I need to identify its year of manufacture. Unfortunately the usual numbers I'm use to seeing don't appear on my block. What I have is

A large "28" stamp
Then "E7TE"
"CA"
"8"

In that shape underneath the starter motor.

Can anyone help?

didn't the casting on roller blocks change in 91 to F1......??..EITHER WAY IT'S A ROLLER BLOCK;)
