Default back in the 5.0

well i had a new toy, so i hadnt driven my stang in 3 weeks, but the motor blew so im back in my mustang and boy does it feels good

in my travles came across an old school hurst shifter **** (for free) but its stripped...

anyone know the thread pattern on the stock shifter, i have a pro5.0 but i know its the same

really think it would look good on the car....now i just gotta find a shop to pass me for inspection

that **** is just rediculous anyway you look at it. i remember bitchin about paying 2.19 for premium. i wish those prices would come back!!

ain't tht the truth!!! heck this past weekend I drove my 66 into work on friday then to local cruise in after work and back home a total commute round trip of 80 miles and 25 bucks in gas and on saturday I went to a mustang drag day at the track to watch and drove my gas hog 85 60 miles round trip and that was 20 bucks in gas and the gas needle in both cars is back where it was before both trips so I darn near used all the gas I put in[:@]45 freakin bucks and not much to show for it but two joy rides!!!..................[:'(]

Ha ha. All I do is laugh about gas prices now. I knew getting my stang would cost me more in gas especially with the new gears put in. I'm probably going to use a full tank driving down to track, running a few times, and then driving back. Plus the $19 to race.
