I'm trying to set the base idle after a rebuild on my 94 GT with many upgrades - H/C/I, Shorty Headers, 73mm MAF, CAI, Professional Products 70mm T/B. I've looked at all of the reccomended procedures posted and none of them consider the 'Idle Air Control Adjustment Screw' on the PP throttle body - stock T/Bs are preset and plugged.

I'm also curious as to the function if the IAC - does anyone understand how it functions to control hot/cold idle conditions?
