I think the stock gears could be 2.73's is that right?

The door tag says "AX" "M"
I heard that "M" = 2.73's

the only two options for 5 spd cars were 2.73's and 3.08's...I had 3.08's in my 92 for a day after a rear end swap and they sucked as did 2.73's, very next day I swapped in 3.73's and what a difference
