they are okay but get a part number from him thay may be the original Y or J 302 ford motorsport aluminum heads

they have been around and price wise your probably 150-300 bucks for a decent valve kit then bushings , springs,retainers,guides and assembly unless you can do it so youll end up in the 600-800 range pretty quickly.
