140 speedo?

140 speedo?
so i pulled this dash out of a car that was completely wrecked well when i when to pull out the speedo cluster i noticed it said "Ford Motorsport" right below the trip or speedometer ive never see this before just want to know more about it or is it just an aftermarket thing?

140's came on the 89-93's stock I thought. A 160 certified cal. is what I want. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Mustang_SSP a little harder to find

I know my '90 GT vert has a 140 speedo in it, and since I bought it from an older lady (in her sixties) the original owner, I am assuming she never changed it, so it must be factory or at least dealer installed. I think that all GT's had the 140 speedo someone correct me if I am wrong.
