Default Market Price on notchbacks?

I've just started looking into 5.0 stangs and am curious to know from some more knowledgeable members what one should expect to pay for a '89+ 5spd notchback in good condition that is stock or with light mods?

The area is gonna really make a big difference. They could range from 3500 to 6 or 7 K. If you find a really clean one, prepare to pay top $$$

I paid $3600 for mine and while not trashed, it needed a little tlc. Nothing major though, just interior stuff. I live in Dallas but I picked it up in Louisiana.

condition, area, mods all cause varying prices...
as mentioned before

I found one in my area, '92 5.0 5speed notch, beautiful car, worked over pretty well for 6800... and I wish I had the money then, cuz that was before I had my vert...

cool, thanks for the help guys; I live in Texas for those asking about area; I'd be looking for one in decent condition for a DD, but it wouldn't have to be cherry, I don't mind doing some work so long as the body/paint are decent.

I'll just start looking around in the classified sections on here and some other stang forums
