here is what my 92 has the run you see was with a 7.5 rear before it blew, and 3.45 gears, it now has an 8.8 with 3.73's but has a tough NAPA HD CLUTCH...LOL!! AND A STOCK t-5, flowmaster 2 1/4 cat back and bbk 2 1/2 h-pipe and flowtech equal length shorty headers , stock 85 roller cam block bored .010, f-cam , e7 heads ported and polished, performer 289 intake, edl 600 carb, elec cooling fan, duraspark ignition and it runs 13.70's to 13.80's on sticky tires at around 98-99 mph :

a light port job and some roller rockers would help you some to get some more mph and as for the cam it had an e-cam in it before and the valve springs were stock and would float to soon, so I switched to an f-cam with matching springs and to be honest I even threw the ported e7's I had on at the same time and didn't pick up a lick, still runs 13.80's..........do you have the proper springs on for a b-cam??
