will I need anything to run this coil or is it plug and play? I have a stock coil and am in the process of replacing everything to see if my idle problem is spark or fuel related...

did the plugs, wires are on order, next is cap, rotor and coil

Bill, get the Crane instead. The MSD coils tend to make noise. This is the same one I have run for 4 years. And to answer your question, yes.

That's the same coil w/o the mounting bracket. It will fit w/o modification. I meant to say no to your earlier question about fitment.

both coil's are excellent...I used the MSD (my car was so loud you couldn't hear it if it did make a little noise!)
