What kinda hp am i pushing HELP
Hey guys, i am new to mustang ownership, i traded a 1997 eclipse 2.0 turbo(thank god) for a 1992 fox mustang lx vert, 5.0 ho 5 speed trans, it has about 100k on it, 302 bored.30 over, forged trw flat top pistons,under drive pulleys,bbk cold air intake, smog pump delete,24lb injectors,70mm throttle body and spacer,75mm mass air meter, holley fuel pump and pressure regulator, new plugs,high performance ford racing wires, cap ,and button, and bbk headers, new king cobra clutch with adjustable cable and quick release quadrant,flowmaster super 40 series american thunder mufflers with hooker x pipe, drilled and slotted rotors, and cowl hood....can anyone out there tell me what kinda hp im pushing, and if i got a good deal out of the trade, the body is mint

Welcome.
First off, if that car has stock cam and stock heads the 70MM throttle body and 24# injectors are hurting your performance more than anything. Very much overkill for the set-up you have. If the engine was a stock .30 over rebuild, with those bolt-ons you mentioned you may be at 250 HP.

Thanks you guys for your answers, i am kinda bummed because my eclipse had more hp(but you cant beat the sound of a reving 5.0), but this is my first v8 mustang, and the body and underbody are in perfect shape, what would i have to do to get 300hp, possibly cams,heads,and a cobra intake. I wanna have something that will beat a camaro 5.7 everyone with one around here thinks they own mustangs

You'll be happy you traded a DSM for a Mustang. I respect all cars, but those DSM's (especially the 4G63 and the stock engine those cars had in them) take a huge amount of effort to get any respectable horsepower and torque. That and the cost on those parts are dirt cheap when it comes to Fords, Chevy's, Dodge, etc.
I have a few friends that have them, but relying on a heavily built turbo car to make it "quick" at best most of the times just didn't make sense to me. Occasionally you'll find a fast one, but most of the guys I've seen with those have lots of experience AND deep pockets.
